Harjeet
Is the co-owner since 2015 and the executive
chef of Vittoria Trattoria in the Byward Market since 2006. Originally of
Indian descent, growing up in Doha and then moving to Canada, Harjeet had
exposure to a myriad of culinary experiences from an early age. He is a
graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa and holds a diploma in
hospitality management. He has also trained and taught at the Algonquin
culinary school. Harjeet is also a busy dad who enjoys camping, fishing and
outdoor excursions in his free time
