Domenic

Domenic is the CEO and was one of founders of Vittoria Trattoria in 1991. Born and raised in Ottawa, Dom started the family business with a passion for food and traditional recipes inspired by his Nonna.

Dom graduated from the Algonquin College Sommelier Program with honours and was awarded the Restaurateur of the Year in 1999 and the Forty under Forty award as well. He is the face of the business and an active member of the local community; he has been actively involved with REACH Canada for over 20 years, an organization that advocates for people with disabilities. He is the father of 3 children and an avid golfer in his free time.

Harjeet

Is the co-owner since 2015 and the executive chef of Vittoria Trattoria in the Byward Market since 2006. Originally of Indian descent, growing up in Doha and then moving to Canada, Harjeet had exposure to a myriad of culinary experiences from an early age. He is a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa and holds a diploma in hospitality management. He has also trained and taught at the Algonquin culinary school. Harjeet is also a busy dad who enjoys camping, fishing and outdoor excursions in his free time

Stacey

Stacey has been a co-owner since 2017 and is the CFO. Having worked multiple roles to support the family business, Stacey has been with Vittoria Trattoria since 1997 as the company’s administrator. Stacey is passionate about making a difference in the community and has been the chairperson at various organizations such as REACH Canada, Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Stacey is the loving mother of three children and enjoys travel and cooking.
